Lee Anderson has blasted 'arrogant' Andy Burnham for plotting to take Britain back into the EU.
The Reform Chairman said he was stunned by the Prime Minister's plan to reverse the biggest democratic vote in the UK's history and claimed British people would vote for Brexit again, given the chance.
The Labour Leader has made no secret of his desire to take Britain back into the sprawling bloc.
Earlier this year the Prime Minister said: "I respect the decision that was made at the referendum and it is going to undermine everything I have said about strengthening democracy if we don't respect that vote."
But in a remarkable U-turn, he now insists his Government could join a customs union, return to the single market or “go all the way” with full EU membership.

We’ve won this Brexit battle before and we’ll win it again.
Speaking to Reform party members in his regular weekly email briefing, Ashfield MP Mr Anderson fumed: "Here we go again. The Westminster bubble just never learns, does it?
"Andy Burnham is rolling out the red carpet for Brussels, hinting that we should start reversing the biggest democratic exercise in our country's history.
"Millions of ordinary people up and down places like Ashfield voted fair and square to take back control, yet here is another politician thinking he knows better than the British public.
"It’s absolute arrogance. They just can't stomach the fact that people dared to break away from their cosy little club.
"Instead of getting on with the job of backing British workers, growing our economy, and respecting the ballot box, they’re already plotting behind closed doors to drag us back into the EU's orbit."

The 59-year-old added: "The voters made their voices crystal clear back in 2016, and no amount of clever-clogs talk from Westminster or Whitehall is going to change that.
"It's time these politicians started listening to the towns and communities that keep this country moving, rather than trying to undo Brexit by the back door.
"If Andy Burnham wants to make this next election about reversing Brexit then bring it on I say. We’ve won this battle before and we’ll win it again."
Before Mr Burnham was even elected back to parliament as an MP, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage warned he would be a 'softer touch' on Europe than his predecessor Keir Starmer, claiming he would try to 'sell-out' the UK.
He said: "People voted Leave because they wanted to take back control of Britain’s borders, laws and money. They wanted less immigration and fewer regulations. The fact these things have not been delivered is not a failure of Brexit. It is a shameful betrayal by the political class.
"As Prime Minister, I will finally do the job that nobody in the establishment was up to - making Brexit work. I will wipe EU regulation from the statute book.
"We will quit the European Convention on Human Rights that lets EU courts override our parliament. We will once again make our own laws. And we will secure and defend Britain’s borders - the mark of a sovereign nation."
