OUR POLICIES

Britain's borders have been left undefended for years. Over 200,000 people have landed on our shores by boat illegally over the last 8 years.

Most of them are military aged men, including murderers and terrorists. Some have raped and murdered British people, some have attempted terror attacks. 

As a complement to Operation Restoring Justice, a Reform UK Government will deploy the Armed Forces to secure our borders and stop the invasion within our First 100 Days in office. 

Under a Nigel Farage Government, not a single illegal migrant crossing the Channel will make it to our shores.

Under Reform UK's plan, titled Operation Fortress, the Royal Navy, supported by relevant civilian authorities, would intercept all migrant boats entering the English Channel, securing those on board and safely returning them to France or Belgium under escort.

We have announced a clear and uncompromising plan to remove all illegal migrants from the UK. Operation Restoring Justice. 

Reform UK will implement a five-year emergency programme to identify, detain, and deport illegal migrants in the UK. 

We will leave the European Convention on Human Rights, repeal the Human Rights Act and pass legislation to ensure that anyone who enters the country illegally will be ineligible for asylum. 

We will establish a UK Deportation Command and use all the available levers of the state to identify illegal migrants and deport them, including rapidly building detention centres. 

The Foreign Office will secure return agreements with other countries as a matter of priority and up to five deportation flights per day will be chartered by the Home Office. Countries that refuse to take back their nationals will be subject to visa sanctions. 

We will pass a 'Deliveroo Law' to make CEOs personally and criminally liable for employing illegal migrants.

The era of cheap, low-skilled foreign labour is over. Reform UK will end the scam of mass immigration and finally put British citizens first. 

The Conservative Party's failed immigration policies allowed 3.8 million people (96% non-EU) into the country on long-term visas during the Boriswave (2021-2024). About half of these migrants will never work. Between 2026-2030, 1.6-2.2 million of these migrants are expected to receive Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), giving them access to benefits, ultimately costing the UK taxpayer around £622 billion in real terms. 

Reform UK will abolish ILR and rescind existing awards. Reform UK will introduce a 5 year renewable visa for migrants with higher salary thresholds, mandatory fluency in English, and stricter good character requirements. There will be no recourse to benefits for foreign nationals. 

Under a Reform UK Government, the NHS will remain free at the point of use and funded by general taxation. We will improve the NHS by working to redirect funding from back office bloat back into frontline services. Successive Conservative and Labour Governments have failed our NHS, leaving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes at record lows.

In the First 100 days of a Reform UK Government, we will release a Budget that increases the tax-free personal allowance to £15,000. That will take effect at the beginning of the next tax year, and it will repair much of the damage done by successive chancellors’ neglect. It will deliver £486 in tax relief to most taxpayers and take 2.9 million taxpayers out of income tax altogether. 

It will be the single largest increase in the Personal Allowance in history. 

Our clear, costed programme of welfare reform, foreign aid cuts, and civil service retrenchment will deliver more than enough money to fund this and our other commitments.

The first duty of the state is to protect its citizens.

Reform UK will restore visible policing, much tougher sentencing for serious and repeat offenders - including mandatory life sentences for child rapists, and an uncompromising approach to crime and antisocial behaviour.

We will deploy stop and search to get deadly weapons off our streets, and keep people safe.

We will rapidly build prison capacity and deport foreign offenders to their home country or places like El Salvador and Kosovo.

A Reform Government would not allow early release from prison for serious crimes including murder, serious violent crimes and rape.

Victims will come first, not criminals. The law will protect those who obey it, and punish those who break it.

British households and businesses are being crushed by among the highest energy costs in the world - driven by bad ideological policy. 

Reform UK will prioritise energy security, expand domestic energy production, and scrap policies that drive bills higher while making Britain more dependent on foreign energy. 

Reform UK will remove all government imposed policy costs from energy bills. We will shift the burden of poorly thought-through renewable subsidies to the Treasury while we pursue bad actors and unwind unfair contracts. 

A Reform UK Government would take these measures within 100 days of taking office. Together, these changes would put an extra £250 a year back into your pockets.

Labour's rise in employer National Insurance is a tax on taking a chance: on giving a young worker their first job, or expanding to another location. 

Reform is the only major political party to commit to reversing the Jobs Tax for British workers imposed by Rachel Reeves. 

We would cut the employer NIC rate from 15% back to 13.8%, funded by a new Migrant Labour Levy for employers. 

We will also introduce a Hard Work Bonus, meaning employees earning under £75,000 would pay no tax on overtime worked above a 40-hour week.

Small and medium businesses are the lifeblood of the British economy. Together, the United Kingdom’s 5.7 million small-to-medium enterprises employ 16.9 million people, provide life to our high streets, deliver much needed services to us all, and – if everything goes well – make money for the entrepreneurs that started them.

We will make tax fairer and easier by increasing the VAT threshold to £150,000, introducing a Hard Work Bonus by removing tax on overtime, reversing Rachel Reeves’s Inheritance Tax raid on family farms and small businesses, and introducing ‘delay repay’ for HMRC backlogs, so the Revenue is incentivised to treat taxpayers with respect. We will also ease the regulatory burden on companies.

We believe in peace through strength.

We will rebuild Britain's armed forces, invest in capability and readiness, end woke, and restore morale across the military and intelligence services.

We will ensure our armed forces are ready to deal with the ever-present threats posed by Russia and China.

Britain must once again be respected by allies and feared by adversaries.
